What you make
These examples share a need to connect parts, material requirements and manufacturing operations. Your products, customers and processes determine the details.

Explore contract manufacturingHow you manufacture
Jems focuses on discrete manufacturing: making identifiable parts, products and assemblies from components and production operations. Within that, businesses may build to customer orders, repeat batches or a mixture of both.
Start with an enquiry and estimate the materials and operations for a customer’s job. Connect the quote with orders, component requirements and manufacturing work.
Explore quoting & costing →Use defined BOMs and operations for products you make repeatedly. Bring stock and material requirements together when planning the next production batch.
Explore bills of materials →Make parts or assemblies on a customer’s behalf. Keep purchased and customer-owned material against the same part record, with ownership and free-issue requirements recorded.

An industry label is a useful starting point. Bring a representative quote, BOM, material record and the production information your team needs. We can walk through what you buy, make, inspect and dispatch, and check the reports you rely on.
If you work with recipes, formulations, shelf life or specialist regulatory requirements, include those in the discussion. These pages describe Jems’s parts-and-assemblies workflows; specialist process and compliance requirements need their own assessment.
We explain current functionality, planned development and any gaps before agreeing an implementation scope. Explore the software overview, or see the product roadmap for upcoming features.
