Jems includes sales orders, purchasing, stock, bills of materials, MRP and works orders. Shop-floor tracking records job progress and production time, so the information gathered during a job can help inform the next estimate.
Quality workflows include goods-in inspection, quarantine, customer returns (RMAs) and supplier returns. Live pricing and stock information is available through supported supplier integrations; coverage is checked against the suppliers your business uses.
Accounting Sync, Scheduling and Product Configurator are planned for Q4 2026. They are upcoming features, rather than functionality to rely on today. See the product roadmap for the wider development plan.

Jems is aimed at small and medium-sized manufacturers, including electronic and electrical assemblies, machined components, industrial equipment and products assembled from many parts. The useful test is your workflow: what you quote, buy, make, inspect and dispatch.
We review your requirements with you before recommending a move. Bring a representative job, a bill of materials and the reports your team relies on. We can discuss current coverage, any gaps, migration and training without assuming every manufacturer works in the same way.

Jems Standard starts at £1,049 + VAT per month, including 10 full-access users and 25 shop-floor-only workers. Cloud hosting, standard updates and UK product support are included. Additional user packs are available within Standard’s limits; larger or more complex deployments receive a tailored quote.
Implementation is quoted separately after reviewing your workflows, data, migration and training needs. This is an additional cost to the subscription.
