What does the annual saving cover?
The Jems Standard subscription and agreed Standard user packs, paid for twelve months upfront. It excludes implementation, migration and separately quoted services. The figures above use the base package with 10 full-access users and 25 shop-floor-only workers. Enterprise billing terms are agreed in the tailored quote. The annual invoice and service order state the agreed price.
Who can refer a customer?
Existing Jems customers can introduce a genuinely new business that is not already in active sales discussions with us. We confirm eligibility before a quote is agreed. Self-referrals and businesses under the same ownership do not qualify, and there is one referrer per new customer.
How are credits calculated?
The referrer’s credit uses their agreed monthly subscription fee; the new customer’s credit uses theirs. The examples above use the standard £1,049 + VAT monthly price. Reward amounts are fixed in writing and apply to subscription invoices only. If your credit exceeds an invoice total, the remaining balance carries forward to subsequent subscription invoices. There is no cash alternative.
Can annual and referral benefits combine?
Yes. Referred customers paying annually save two months in year one: one month for annual payment and one month for the referral. For the base package, the first annual invoice is £10,490 + VAT. Subsequent annual renewals are £11,539 + VAT at today’s price, because the referral credit is a one-off. Annual savings apply to each eligible prepaid year. Other promotions are not automatically combined.
When does each customer receive their credit?
The new customer’s introductory credit is confirmed in their quote and deducted from their first subscription invoice, including an annual invoice. They do not wait three months to receive it.
The existing customer’s two-month reward qualifies after the new customer has been live for three months and paid all subscription and implementation invoices due. We then confirm the reward in writing and apply it to the referrer’s next subscription invoice or annual renewal.
Does this reduce the migration price?
Implementation is scoped and quoted for the customer’s actual needs. The referral benefit is subscription credit, so the agreed delivery scope and implementation price stay clear.
Does this change an existing agreement?
Benefits already agreed in writing continue to apply. If you have separate Founding Customer or professional introducer terms, contact our team to confirm which benefits apply to your agreement.
