Does Jems include production inspection plans and non-conformance management?
Production Quality is a planned development covering production inspection plans and non-conformance management. It is not yet available, and timing is to be confirmed. See the roadmap and discuss any essential requirements with the team.
What is an RMA?
An RMA is a return merchandise authorisation: a record used to manage a customer return. Jems includes customer RMA and supplier-return workflows alongside stock.
Are current quality workflows included in Standard?
Yes. Goods-in inspection, quarantine and returns are included in Jems Standard. See subscription pricing. Implementation, migration and any separately agreed services are additional.
